CAD Designer (SolidWorks) - Sheet Metal Fabrication

Responsibilities: Create 3D CAD models and shop drawings (Solid Works)Design sheet metal components and assemblies Generate DXF files for laser cutting Generate CNC files for punching using CAM Software. Generate STEP/STP files Work directly with production teams Assist with job processing

Qualifications: Experience with 3D CAD software (Solid Works, Solid Edge, Fusion 360 or similar)Ability to create accurate fabrication/shop drawings Strong math, geometry, and problem-solving skills Microsoft Office proficiency Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects 3-5 years of CAD experience in the Sheet Metal Industry
