Kitchens Sanitation Coworker (Overnights)

Join our overnight Kitchens Sanitation Crew and learn the skills necessary to keep our fast-paced, high volume Kitchen up to our high standards. In this role, you will perform the following tasks: Operate the COP tank, mechanical dish washing machine, and floor scrubber Hand wash and machine wash equipment parts Complete general cleaning and sanitizing of the process area

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends working 9:00pm to 5:00amQualifications: Accurate/detail oriented Adhere to sanitation/hygiene standards Willing to learn/perform a variety of job tasks Work in a fast paced production environment Work in a noisy environment frequently Work well alone/with others Work with minimal supervision Basic math aptitude Read/follow cleaning labels/instructions Work in a safety conscious environment Physical qualifications: lift/carry 15 pounds to 72 inches occasionally; push/pull up to 60 pounds of force occasionally; work in temperatures of 45 to 70+ degrees F; bend/reach/twist constantly; lift/carry 40 pounds to 42 inches frequently; stand/walk up to 10 hours per shift; kneel/squat occasionally.
