Lead and mentor a team of supplier development engineers, ensuring successful execution of projects

Required qualifications:
6+ years of experience in supplier development, engineering, or a related leadership role
Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering or a related field
Proficiency in budget management and financial acumen
In-depth knowledge of supplier development strategies and quality control
Strong working knowledge of Jira, Teamcenter, and SAP
