Sr Product Development EngineerThe Sr Product Development Engineer (PDE) will support rapid growth in aerospace programs. This role is critical to increasing engineering bandwidth as current resources are stretched across a high-volume, fast-paced workload.Responsibilities/skills:Support product development efforts for aerospace programsDrive projects from concept through launchInterface directly with customersLead initiatives with minimal oversight; take ownership of workstreamsContribute to building and scaling a new/emerging aerospace-focused capabilityQualifications:Strong product development engineering backgroundExperience with design reviews, feasibility assessments, and GD&TCAD experience and understanding of assemblies/manufacturing processesExperience with aluminum (highly preferred)Aerospace industry experience (bonus, not required)Experience with PLM tools (e.g., Teamcenter) is helpful but not criticalBroader metals experience (e.g., steel, castings) acceptable if aluminum is limited
