Customer Service Representative (Pleasant Prairie)

Duties and Responsibilities: Answer phone calls and emails in a professional, upbeat manner Assist customers in locating correct parts via our online platforms Process customer orders and payments Handle customer inquiries and complaints Provide information about the products we offer Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
