Head of Health Operations & Remote Leadership

AXA Partners in Wisconsin seeks a Head of Health Operations to lead end-to-end Health Operations, driving service delivery quality and productivity. You will guide capacity planning, budgeting, and change initiatives while managing governance, risk, and compliance across regions. As a senior leader, you will coach teams, set objectives, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Opex, Finance and HR to align on strategic initiatives and performance metrics.
