Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily food service operations and meal service Train, coach, and develop a high-performing team Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP, USDA, OSHA)Manage inventory, purchasing, labor, and food costs Build positive relationships with school staff and administration Drive quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required 3+ years of food service supervisory experience Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Serv Safe Certification preferred (or ability to obtain)Proficiency with basic computer systems and reporting Why Join Us?
