Senior R&D Scientist - Graphite & SiC Materials

Entegris/POCO Materials in Decatur, TX seeks a Sr. Research Scientist to lead R&D on graphite and silicon carbide materials, defining needs and executing projects bridging discovery and manufacturing transfer. Reporting to the Director of R&D, you will drive innovation, develop post-processing methodologies, and guide teams using lean and six sigma to bring new materials to production. You will collaborate with customers and universities, and explore AI-enabled development pathways.
