Position Summary: The Customer Service & Cargo Operations Agent provides customer service and operational support at the Ethiopian Airlines Alexandria office. The position assists both passenger and cargo customers, handles daily operational matters, and supports the monitoring and coordination of cargo and warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities: Attend to passenger and cargo customer requests and inquiries. Provide professional customer service and assist with customer-related concerns. Handle day-to-day operational matters at the Alexandria office. Assist cargo customers with shipment inquiries, documentation, and service-related matters. Coordinate and follow up on passenger and cargo customer requests with the appropriate Ethiopian Airlines departments. Conduct warehouse visits as required to monitor cargo operations. Monitor the handling and movement of goods and related services. Follow up on operational or customer service issues and escalate concerns when necessary. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer and operational matters. Communicate effectively with Ethiopian Airlines staff, customers, warehouse personnel, and other relevant parties. Perform other related operational and customer service duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills. Good organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle passenger and cargo-related inquiries professionally. Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments. Basic computer and administrative skills. Airline, cargo, logistics, or customer service experience preferred.
