Director of Contract Services & Financial Strategy

AHRC NYC is seeking a Contract Services, Director for the Manhattan Employment Business Services division. The Director will support budgeting, manage contract budgets, and perform financial analysis to drive data-driven decisions. This senior role oversees a Cost Analysis team and coordinates with the Finance Department for audits and reporting. The position includes oversight of contract procurement from RFP review to proposal development, pricing, and renewals, with collaboration on business
