Geotechnical Director - Ground Control & Growth

Coeur Mining is seeking a Director, Geotechnical in Chicago to lead a world-class geotechnical program across North American mining assets. The role reports to the Mining and Rock Mechanics team and oversees strategy, governance, and risk management for ground control and stability. The position leads open pit and underground design, supervises monitoring systems, and mentors site teams while partnering with executives to align geotechnical risk with business planning and investments.
