This role partners with executive leadership to shape talent strategy, culture, compliance, compensation, and employee relations in a growing consumer retail organization. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in HR within fashion or multi-brand retail, can scale HR infrastructure, manage employee relations with discretion, own compensation programs, and serve as a
