Key responsibilities:
Perform routine and ad-hoc analyses to uncover trends and performance risks across operational datasets
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for transparency and proactive decision-making
Partner with cross-functional teams to investigate issues and develop data solutions that support operational improvements
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Economics, Public Health, or a related field, or 4+ years of relevant experience
3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or operations analytics
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
Experience with a Business Intelligence platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
Understanding of calculation methodology related to Star Rating and overall Medical Advantage Quality Programs
