Key responsibilities:
Champion continuous process improvement across the drug development lifecycle from Discovery to First-in-Human (FIH) clinical trials
Maintain operational visibility over early-stage portfolio risk profiles and ensure projects adhere to timelines and budgets
Lead the integration of the Orchestra Team Operating Model to foster collaboration among cross-functional teams in drug discovery
Required qualifications:
Extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry with a focus on early drug development
Proven track record of managing and developing senior project/program managers
Outstanding ability to influence executive-level stakeholders without direct authority
Hands-on proficiency with project management enterprise tools such as Planisware, Smartsheet, and Oracle
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
