Event Staff- Registration Coordinator

Job Duties: May Include: Assist with conference setup, organization, and breakdown Greet and direct conference attendees Assist with registration and check-in Distribute conference materials, name badges, or informational packets Help maintain organized meeting and event areas Direct guests to meeting rooms, sessions, and designated areas Provide general assistance to conference organizers and attendees Assist with other event-related duties as assigned Requirements: Professional, friendly, and customer-service oriented Dependable and punctual Comfortable interacting with conference attendees and guests Able to follow directions and work as part of a team Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the event This is a short-term temporary assignment for individuals who enjoy working in a professional, fast-paced event environment.
