Morrison Foerster is seeking mid-level to senior corporate associates with 4–6 years of focused experience in emerging companies and venture capital. The role involves drafting financings, advising on formation and governance, coordinating end-to-end transactions, and mentoring junior lawyers as part of a dynamic group. As part of the Emerging Companies + Venture Capital Practice Group, you will engage with founders and executives, manage diligence, and handle strategic investments,
