Director of Education & Training - Hybrid

Hiatus Day Spa & Med Spa is seeking a Director of Education to lead learning initiatives across our Texas-based network. The role focuses on refining training, developing scalable programs for spa and med spa teams, and driving standardization of service quality and guest satisfaction. The position reports to the VP of Stores, collaborates with Operations and HR, and supports growth through effective leadership development and education governance.
