Client Support & Vacation PlanningIn this role, you will: Provide excellent customer service to clients planning vacationsAssist with researching and coordinating travel options including vacation packages, cruises, tours, and hotel accommodationsRespond to client questions and provide helpful travel-related informationCommunicate with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and travel detailsMaintain accurate records of client communications and travel bookingsStay informed on travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination informationProvide support to clients before and after travel when neededSkills & QualificationsSuccessful candidates typically demonstrate: Strong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentComfortable using email, online platforms, and basic computer toolsOrganized with strong attention to detailPositive attitude and professional communication stylePrevious experience in customer service or travel is helpful but not required.
