This attorney will take meaningful responsibility for state and federal cases involving contract disputes, business torts, construction claims, class actions, securities matters, insurance coverage, employment litigation, and other complex commercial matters.

Our associates work directly with partners and clients ranging from local businesses and entrepreneurs to major insurers and Fortune 500 companies. This is an opportunity to manage cases, take depositions, argue motions, develop strategy, communicate directly with clients, and build meaningful trial experience.

Qualifications: Florida attorney At least two years of litigation experience
