Key responsibilities:
Utilize multiple reports to ensure the accuracy of billing transactions and assist with invoice preparation
Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and statements of financial position
Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts in preparation for month-end close and support internal and external audits
Required qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Experience supporting complex billing, accounting, or revenue-related functions
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and proficiency in other Office applications
Demonstrated understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial statements
Proven ability to independently research and resolve financial discrepancies across cross-functional teams
