Senior Director of Philanthropy: Capital Campaigns Leader

Neighborhood Healthcare seeks a Senior Director of Philanthropy to lead all philanthropic initiatives, including major gifts, endowment growth, and planned giving programs. You will set strategic direction, oversee capital campaigns, and build strong relationships with donors and foundations to advance our mission. Under the COO, you will develop operational plans, collaborate with staff and philanthropy council, and drive innovative fundraising practices while aligning with our values and
