QUALIFICATIONS: High School Graduate, or equivalent Ability to listen and speak courteously Literacy abilities Skills with MSOffice software products Ability to sit 80-90% of a workday Ability to use a headset or MiTel software program on screen to answer calls and execute call distribution Background and reference checks will be conducted.
