Interior Superintendent | South FloridaG&E Partners is partnered with one of Florida's leading high-rise General Contractors, which is growing its South Florida project teams on the back of a strong pipeline of luxury residential and mixed-use tower projects. This is a fully on-site role supporting complex, multi-story builds, with long-term career progression in a growing Florida operation. You'll work alongside an experienced Superintendent team and own interior finishes from rough-ins through to turnover. You'll keep quality, schedule and safety on track through the final stages of high-rise construction.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise interior subcontractors through the finishes phase, floor by floor.
Monitor quality, workmanship and schedule so the project is delivered successfully.
Manage punch lists and turnover, making sure units and amenity spaces are delivered to a luxury standard.
Help with short-term scheduling, vertical logistics and daily field coordination.
Spot project risks early and work closely with the Superintendent to keep the schedule.
Build strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and inspectors.
Promote and enforce a safe working environment across the site.
Requirements:- 4+ years' experience as an Assistant Superintendent on high-rise residential, mixed-use or multifamily projects.
- Strong understanding of interior finishes, punch, quality control and turnover.
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades on a fast-paced, multi-story site.
- Procore experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
