This executive role involves overseeing advancement functions, donor engagement, and revenue growth initiatives, as well as providing executive oversight of finance and accounting functions. The CAO will also be tasked with cultivating and managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including high-capacity donors, corporate partners, and foundations. Applicants for the CAO position at the company should have a proven track record in senior leadership roles, with a focus on driving revenue growth through various functions such as fundraising, philanthropy, business development, or sales leadership.
