Finance Operations Manager

Compensation: $125K-$140K base + bonus

Company Overview: Aerio Partners is partnering with a large public manufacturing organization with a broad North American plant network and continued investment in finance operations, plant performance and operational visibility.

Position Overview: The Finance Manager will support plant operations across a multi-site region and serve as a key finance partner to operating leaders. This is a hands-on role focused on forecasting, plant performance, cost visibility and the development of finance talent.

Core Responsibilities: Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly operating reviews for assigned manufacturing locations. Explain performance through volume, rate, mix, labor, overhead, productivity and other operational cost drivers. Partner with plant, supply chain and regional leaders on P&L performance, COGS, inventory, capital spending and working capital. Build practical financial models and translate plant data into clear recommendations for operating leaders. Develop analysts and strengthen financial planning and analysis capabilities across the supported locations. Establish consistent reporting and decision support while remaining close to day-to-day plant activity.

Ideal Candidate Profile: Five to ten years of progressive finance experience, including manufacturing, plant, distribution, logistics, supply chain or another asset-intensive operating environment. Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and manufacturing cost drivers. Demonstrated experience leading or developing finance professionals. Advanced Excel modeling and the ability to explain the logic behind an analysis. Clear communication skills and credibility with experienced operations and finance leaders. Ability to work onsite in Phoenix five days per week and travel periodically to supported facilities. Multi-site operations finance experience. Experience with standard costing, inventory, capital planning and working-capital improvement. Exposure to Power BI and enterprise resource planning systems.
