Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director (Administrator)to lead the daily operations of a skilled nursing facility. This role is responsible for regulatory compliance, financial performance, operational oversight, and ensuring high-quality resident care while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily facility operations, including staffing and resident services
- Ensure compliance with CMS, state, and federal regulations
- Lead, develop, and support department leaders and staff
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost controls
- Drive quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
- Address resident and family concerns professionally and promptly
- Serve as primary contact for regulatory agencies and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Valid Nursing Home Administrator (NHA/LNHA) license, as required by state1–2 years of skilled nursing or long-term care leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership, financial, and regulatory knowledge
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
