We are offering an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated Resident Assistant Property Manager, with great technical and people skills, to play a key role at Glacier West Location in Belfair, WA. *This position requires that you live on site.*JOB DESCRIPTION:Handles day to day operations of the facility Answers calls and emails in a timely and professional manner Performs daily site checks Collecting and processing payments Performing daily and weekly reports, marketing, surveys, inventory, cleaning and maintenance Property Inspections Primary point of contact for contractor and vendor work on siteQUALIFICATIONS:Employee must possess a valid DL Light cleaning and maintenance experience Ability to work independently without onsite supervision Self-Storage experience is a significant plus Competitive Salary & bonuses.
