Direct Support Professional (DSP)

What You'll Do: Support individuals with daily living skills, including hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks. Assist with community integration activities appointments, errands, and recreational outings. Support individuals in building social, communication, and independent living skills. Provide medication reminders in accordance with the individual's plan. Monitor and document behavior, health status, and daily progress. Follow each individual's person-centered support plan. Communicate regularly with the care team about changes in needs or condition. Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment at all times.

What You Bring: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Patience, reliability, and a genuine commitment to person-centered care.
