Maintenance Manager

What You'll Do: Lead maintenance activities for production equipment, machinery, facilities, and support systems. Strengthen preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment uptime and reliability. Lead troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls-related issues. Identify recurring equipment problems and drive solutions that address the root cause. Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and support personnel. Use our CMMS and maintenance data to improve planning, work execution, and decision-making. Work closely with Production to reduce downtime and improve plant performance. Identify equipment that should be repaired, upgraded, modified, or replaced and support capital planning and CapEx projects. Maintain a strong focus on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For: 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing, production, or equipment service environment.5+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, pumps, motors, and material-handling equipment. Experience managing preventive maintenance programs, work orders, and CMMS systems. Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, technical manuals, and engineering drawings. Experience with PLCs/industrial controls, Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, or reliability-focused maintenance is a plus.
