Entry Level -Software Developer - Web Development

About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and build core services on our platform. You will own features end-to-end — from design through production operation — across domains like claims adjudication, credentialing, and provider data. You'll work in a remote-first environment, collaborating with product, design, and engineering teammates across the US and our Bengaluru engineering hub, and you'll help drive our adoption of microservices and agentic-AI architectures. Design, implement, test, deploy, and operate services and features on our platform, from technical design docs through production monitoring. Technical Quality: Help ensure platform security and compliance with industry standards (e.g., AI-First Development: Build and integrate agentic-AI capabilities into production workflows, with appropriate guardrails for a regulated healthcare environment. Mentor earlier-career engineers through reviews and pairing. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.~5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.~ Hands-on experience designing, building, and operating distributed systems and microservices in production.~ Strong proficiency in Python.
