Senior Construction Manager

Responsibilities: Lead construction projects from active execution through completion and turnover. Manage day-to-day site operations, project schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Coordinate and direct general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, consultants, and vendors. Lead cross-functional teams including design, procurement, operations, IT/network, and finance. Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and company processes. Manage contracts, change orders, cost forecasts, budgets, and project documentation. Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve risks or issues. Inspect work in place to ensure quality, schedule, and performance expectations are met. Provide regular project updates to leadership regarding status, milestones, challenges, and mitigation plans. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and project teams. Support continuous improvement initiatives and construction best practices. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE9+ years of commercial construction management experience. Experience independently running construction projects or sites with limited supervision. Background working for a General Contractor (GC), General Contractor Representative (GCR), or subcontractor. Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.
