What You'll Do: Support Family Home Providers in delivering person-centered care Build trusted relationships with residents, families, and guardians Conduct regular in-home visits and compliance reviews Review documentation, provide coaching, and ensure accuracy Collaborate with care teams to adjust service plans as needs change Participate in rotating on-call coverage (shared among managers)Lead with compassion, accountability, and a commitment to excellence Why Join Open Doors? What We're Looking For: High school diploma or GED required (some college a plus!)2+ years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic documentation systems Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for visits Someone who thrives on teamwork and truly cares about making a difference
