Perinatal RN Manager
Schedule: 5 X 8 hour shifts
Assignment Details: Holiday coverage required.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state, or ability to obtain prior to start date
  • Basic Life Support (BLS), may be obtained upon hire
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program Advanced Provider (NRP)
  • Fetal Heart Monitoring Intermediate (FHM) certificationSTABLE Learner certification (STABLE)
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Perinatal Registered Nurse
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate nursing care for perinatal patients
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations
  • Lead and manage nursing staff within the perinatal unit
  • Provide clinical support and guidance to nursing staff
  • Facilitate communication between patients, families, and medical teams
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives
