Director of General Medicine Strategy

Key responsibilities: Develop and evolve the General Medicine therapeutic area strategy in collaboration with cross-functional leaders Serve as the Commercial strategic lead for early pipeline projects, assessing market opportunities and guiding product development strategies Drive cross-functional strategic decision-making by integrating diverse insights and facilitating alignment across various teams

Required qualifications: Doctorate degree with 4 years of marketing/commercial experience, or Master's degree with 7 years, or Bachelor's degree with 9 years of relevant experience Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry or life sciences strategy consulting Proven ability in New Product Planning and pipeline commercial strategy Familiarity with evaluating early-stage assets and understanding market dynamics in General Medicine Strong strategic judgment and ability to lead through influence across cross-functional teams
