ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate for Brett Miller - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Look for opportunities to cover policyholders in more ways. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field is not required.
