Duties:
Advise clients on transactions and business advisory matters. Collaborate with a team of attorneys on complex legal issues. Engage in business development and client relationship management. Participate in firm-wide initiatives and committees.
Requirements:
Licensed to practice law in Delaware; additional state admissions are advantageous. Minimum of two years of relevant experience in transactions and business advisory. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Active bar membership in Delaware. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
