Build Your Own Desk.3P Careers is looking for a motivated recruiter who enjoys talking to people, creating opportunities, and making things happen. This is a full-desk role. You will find candidates, develop clients, manage relationships, coordinate interviews, and help close placements. You will work from home with plenty of independence—but you must bring the energy, consistency, and follow-through.
What You’ll Do:
  • Find and engage talented AEC professionals
  • Turn cold outreach into real conversations
  • Develop new clients and grow existing relationships
  • Interview candidates and understand what motivates them
  • Present candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers
  • Stay organized and follow up without letting opportunities disappear
  • Track activity and build a productive, profitable recruiting desk
