CPG Growth Director Remote, Unlimited PTO, High-Impact Strategy

Power Digital is seeking a seasoned Growth Marketing Lead to manage a portfolio of 4–6 CPG brands, mainly beauty, personal care, wellness, or food & beverage. You’ll diagnose growth constraints and craft data-backed strategies using Nova/Iris to improve DTC and retail performance. You will own senior client relationships, lead cross‑functional teams of paid, SEO, content, influencer and creative, and run quarterly reviews to drive expansion and renewals, including Amazon and retail channels.
