QA Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and engineering partners to evaluate builds and support visual QA initiatives Conduct visual and guideline-based reviews of product builds using established test cases and design standards Document findings and file actionable issues within established tracking workflows Support pre-launch bug bashes and communicate insights and recommendations Review product implementations against visual standards and design guidelines Contribute to defining and refining visual QA workflows, processes, and testing environments Participate in establishing foundational visual QA elements, including test cases and process structure Partner with stakeholders to clarify expectations around quality benchmarks Support refinement of guidelines and evaluation practices as the system evolves Develop working knowledge of the design system’s structure and nuances Apply analytical and systems-level thinking when navigating evolving processes Operate independently while maintaining alignment with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications: Experience in Quality Assurance, visual QA, UX review, or related product validation roles Ability to interpret design guidelines and apply structured test case evaluation Experience in filing, tracking, and communicating product issues effectively Comfort working independently in ambiguous or evolving environments Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to collaborate across product, design, and engineering teams
