If you know the local construction community and love building relationships that turn into long-term work, this is a role where your efforts are seen and rewarded.
What You'll Do:
- Find and pursue new commercial construction opportunities across DFWBuild and maintain relationships with owners, developers, architects and brokers
- Lead the pursuit process, from first meeting through proposal and interview
- Partner with preconstruction and operations teams on strategy, pricing and presentations
- Represent the company at industry events, associations and community functions
- Track the pipeline and report on leads, wins and market trends
- What You Bring 5+ years of business development experience with a general contractor, construction manager or related firm
- A strong network in the DFW commercial real estate and construction community
- A track record of winning work and growing long-term client relationships
- Clear, confident communication and presentation skills
- Comfort with CRM tools and Microsoft OfficeWhat We Offer
