Litigation Associate - Hybrid, Commercial Litigation

Gould & Ratner LLP is seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join its Litigation Practice in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of commercial litigation experience, including researching and writing memoranda, drafting complaints and motions, and handling discovery, including e-discovery. Depositons and trial prep experience are valued. The role offers direct client interaction, business development exposure, and significant responsibility on complex matters, with a flexible hybrid
