Rate: Starting at $21/hr Current Open Shifts: 10a - 6:30p; 11:30a to 8p; Monday through Friday; Wednesday through SundayWhat You'll DoCoordinate and dispatch technicians efficiently throughout the day. Match the right technician to each job based on skillset, location, and performance. Manage technician schedules to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction. Communicate clearly with technicians, customers, and managers. Monitor work orders for accuracy and make corrections when needed. Analyze appointment history and technician performance to improve scheduling decisions. Handle multiple priorities, phone calls, emails, and schedule changes with confidence. Motivate technicians by communicating opportunities and helping them succeed. Follow company processes while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Provide outstanding customer service and represent Harris with a positive attitude. Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
