Job DescriptionWE'RE HIRING: North American Automotive Sales Manager
Location: US | Remote
Compensation: Fexible based on experience✈ Travel: Regional North American travel
The Role: We're looking for an experienced automotive sales professional to grow our North American customer base and develop relationships with OEMs, Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, distributors, and aftermarket customers. You'll be responsible for new business development, customer relationships, quotations, negotiations, pipeline growth, and supporting new automotive programs.
Must-Haves: 3+ years of North American automotive sales/business development experience Direct experience with automotive components or manufacturing solutions Experience selling or working with one or more of:
  • Aluminum extrusion
  • Injection molding
  • StampingCNC/precision machining
  • Automotive electronics/sensors
  • Actuators or engine componentsEV/battery components
  • Experience with OEMs, Tier 1 or Tier 2 suppliers
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and account management skills
  • Understanding of the North American automotive supply chainIATF 16949, PPAP, or APQP experience is a plus
  • Existing automotive/OEM/Tier 1 network is highly preferred
