Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma (4+ years experience) or a 2-year degree in Hospitality/Business (2+ years experience).
- Experience: Proven experience in front desk, housekeeping, or hotel management.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, guest service, and conflict resolution skills.
