Water Restoration Manager

Minimum Qualifications: WRT and ASD certification required 2+ years of water extraction/restoration industry experience Related experience and working with the public, or equivalent combination experience Must be willing to work a flexible schedule Management and Sales experience Must be organized, detail oriented, and have the ability to interact effectively with management, customers, and associates Must be able to maintain all IICRC certifications and training that pertain to Water Restoration Valid, US driver's license Clean, not necessarily perfect driving record Able to move/lift/push/pull/carry an average of 50lbs. Develop and maintain relationships with current customers Communicate with key stakeholders in the projects, including insurance adjusters, real estate agents, industrial hygienists, and others Serve as primary liaison between the customer and insurance carrier Prepare invoices for work performed Perform onsite assessments of project opportunities Site visit with photo documentation during the loss when site is accessible Create estimates and deliver proposals to clients
