Sushi Chef We are hiring a sushi chef. Part time Saturday night/Sunday morning $25-28 per hour starting salary +tips. Must have 2 years sushi chef experience knife skills, knowledge of fish cutting required. We are a fast paced sushi restaurant, speed and accuracy are required. Sushi Tokyo Kings Highway, Brooklyn, NY Brooklyn resident preferred, long commute times can interfere with work performance and availability.
