Mid-Level Commercial & Class Action Litigation & Enforcement Associate

Overview: The Litigation & Enforcement practice group advises public corporations, financial services and investment management firms, and private equity clients in complex commercial and class action litigation, corporate governance and shareholder suits, deal-related litigation, breach of contract, and other complex disputes across various state and federal jurisdictions. The role involves managing complex litigation matters; drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs; overseeing discovery; participating in mediation and arbitration; developing client relationships; and mentoring junior associates. Candidates must currently work at a large law firm.
