Bankruptcy Staff Attorney: Fast-Paced Courtroom & Research

NACBA in Las Vegas seeks an attorney to assist with Chapter 13 bankruptcy matters, including case review, proofs of claims, plan filings, and related pleadings. You will conduct legal research and analyze Trustee duties, debtor and creditor rights, and applicable laws. Draft, review, and revise pleadings and motions; attend court hearings and 341 meetings; and communicate professionally with opposing counsel, court personnel, creditors, and debtors.
