This is a high-volume production role focused on preparing cases. A separate team gathers and organizes client documents before files are assigned.
What you’ll do:
Prepare schedules, statements, means tests, and amendments. Work through assigned consumer bankruptcy files with speed and accuracy. Coordinate with attorneys when information needs clarification.
What we’re looking for:
Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filing experience is required. Strong organization, accuracy, and the ability to manage a fast pace. Candidates with related paralegal experience who can learn quickly will also be considered. Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole is a plus.
