This person is directly responsible for providing consultation to educational teams to teach socially acceptable behavior for our students. Techniques such as behavior modification and positive reinforcement will be employed along with problem solving strategies. The Behavior Specialist is the team leader for the student and is responsible for coordinating the necessary education, supportive services and general education services to meet each child's needs. Type of Employment: Full-Time position (District Wide position)
Education Required: Bachelor's Degree
Certification Type: Professional Educator License (PEL) - LBS
Salary:
$45,381-$73.381 (25-26 rates due to current negotiations of bargaining agreement)
